Mary Therese Tebbe

Mary Therese Tebbe is the Executive Director of the 21st Century Partnership. As such she is responsible for executing the Partnership’s plan of work and serving as the community liaison with Robins Air Force Base, the State of Georgia, Congressional delegations, and community entities for all community matters, including quality of life, that impact Robins Air Force Base. Mary Therese joined the Partnership in March 2006.

No stranger to Middle Georgians or Robins AFB, Mary Therese previously served as the Co-Anchor of Eyewitness News on 13 WMAZ TV. After graduating from Wesleyan College in Macon Georgia in 1987with a degree in Communication, she worked as a Disc Jockey on WAYS radio while working part time in television." Affectionally know as “MT”, she joined the Eyewitness News Team full time in 1998. She covered everything from NASCAR to the Military to Children. Mary Therese was also the coach of the stations Award Winning Junior Journalist Program. Twice each week young journalists aged 10 to 13 worked in the Eyewitness Newsroom reporting on stories that affect children and families. The Georgia Association of Broadcasters named Mary Therese "TV Personality of the Year" for 2005.

Mary Therese was also host for the annual Children's Miracle Network Broadcast and is a past Board Member of the Children's Hospital in Macon. She is also a volunteer host with the annual "Operation Seasons Greetings" tour with the Band of the Air Force Reserve from Robins Air Force Base. Since 2000, she has logged more than 100,000 miles traveling as the show emcee to lift the spirits of troops and their families deployed all over the world. She has performed in Japan, Korea, the DMZ, Hawaii, Alaska, Germany, Turkey, Iceland, Spain, Portugal, England, Italy and the Middle East. She also reports for television from those locations making connections with troops and their families back in the states.

Mary Therese is an admitted "Military Brat" who moved to Warner Robins in 1981 when her late Father transferred to Robins Air Force Base. A native of Chicago, Illinois, she and her five brothers along with her mother all now call Middle Georgia home.

Mary Therese and her husband Jim live in Warner Robins, Georgia.
