WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — Veterans in Warner Robins will soon see an improvement in their medical care.

The Perry Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is partnering with the 78th Medical Group to open an extension for care for veterans at Robins Air Force Base.

Houston County is one of the most veteran-populated counties in Middle Georgia, and this will allow around 2,200 more veterans to be treated.

“so we’re really excited about this opportunity, to house the VA clinic. We’re going to have two family provider teams and a mental health provider on staff here at the 78th medical group. We’re able to serve the large veteran population in Houston county so we’re super excited about this opportunity,” says Maureen Farrell, Commander for the 78th Medical Group at RAFB.

The clinic is set to open in March. You can call the 78th Medical Group at 478-327-7850 for more information.
